Shipping Policy

1.Distribution scope and stock selection

We offer standard shipping to most countries in the world and have multiple warehouses in Asia, Europe, America, and Australia (including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, Japan, France, and China). Customers can choose to ship from the nearest warehouse to optimize punctuality. Free FBA is available on select products in the U.S., and orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays). If you are not sure if delivery is available in your country, you can always contact us to confirm.

2.Freight calculation and tax description

Shipping rules

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, shipping location, shipping method and warehouse and can be viewed on the product page or in the shopping cart by selecting the country, warehouse and shipping method "Ship to". The system will automatically generate a quote, please note that shipping costs do not include taxes.

Tax liability

Prices and shipping costs are usually exclusive of taxes. For packages sent from China, carriers such as DHL/FedEx may require the recipient to pay customs fees before delivery. From 1 July 2021, EU countries will charge VAT on imported goods worth €≤ 150 at the customer's own expense. It is recommended to contact your local customs office in advance to find out about the tax guidelines.

Raw material prices in overseas warehouses

The price of goods in overseas warehouses (such as Germany and the United States) is higher than that in Chinese warehouses due to import duties, long-term storage fees, and packaging costs. For multi-part orders in the warehouse in the USA and Germany, additional packaging fees may apply to ensure safe shipping.

3.Order tracking and information modification

Tracking Method: A confirmation letter with a tracking link will be emailed after delivery, please check within 1-2 days (including the garbage can).

Change of information: If the order information is incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible before the package is shipped, and it cannot be changed after delivery.

4.Shipping Methods & Timeliness Guidelines

Shipping methods and costs vary from warehouse to warehouse. Parcels are mainly shipped via international courier or local postal services. Here are the details:

Weight limit: 99kg for a single piece ≤ in China, 50kg ≤ for other warehouses; If you are overweight, you need to contact customer service for a quote. Orders over 20kg will be automatically converted to Fedex/DHL/UPS for optimal service.

5.Special Delivery Requirements and Restrictions

Delivery to Russia: Only EMS shipping is supported, and only orders from companies are accepted (full company name required).

EU imports: EORI number for corporate customers and EIN for US companies for customs clearance.

Transit Time: The above transit time is an estimate and may be affected by logistics peaks or customs processes.

6.Other precautions

Packaging and Safety: For multi-part orders in overseas warehouses, packing fees may be charged to ensure transportation safety.
