Shipping Policy
We ship globally using a variety of logistics methods to meet the needs of different order sizes and destinations.
• Small parcel & sample orders: Sent via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS for fast delivery
• Bulk or palletized shipments: Delivered by sea or air freight (LCL/FCL), with industrial-grade packing
• Flexible Incoterms: We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP depending on the country
• Consolidated shipments: Available upon request for multi-item or multi-category orders
Typical handling time:

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 24–72 hours

• Customized or large orders: 5–15 business days after payment

All shipments are accompanied by commercial invoices and packing lists. Additional documentation such as HS codes or certificates of origin is available as needed.

Returns & Cancellations
We understand the needs of industrial buyers and aim to provide clear, fair policies for returns and cancellations.
Return Eligibility:

• Standard stock items: Returnable within 7–14 days if unused and in original condition

• Custom or made-to-order products: Non-returnable unless defective

• Incorrect or defective items: Eligible for free replacement or refund upon verification

Return Process:

1. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery

2. Provide order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable)

3. We will issue an RMA number and return instructions

4. Once goods are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Order Cancellations:

• Stock orders: May be canceled before dispatch

• Unpaid orders: Automatically canceled if not confirmed within 7 business days

• Custom or project orders: Cannot be canceled after payment unless mutually agreed

Refunds:

• Issued via original payment method

• Currency conversion or bank fees are the buyer’s responsibility

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error
