1.Customs duties and customs clearance obligations
Tax rules for cross-border orders vary depending on the origin of the shipment. Prices from warehouses in the EU, USA, F, UK, Australia and Japan are inclusive of all taxes; Orders shipped from the Chinese warehouse are based on the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) model, and the settlement price does not include import duties and taxes, and international customers are responsible for the duties, customs clearance fees, and import compliance responsibilities that the destination customs may incur. Customers in India, Turkey, Brazil and South Africa are reminded to ensure that they have the requirements for customs clearance before placing orders to avoid the risk of cargo being trapped.In the event that a package is returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we will deduct the logistics costs and refund the balance upon receipt of the return, and customers are advised to check with their local customs office in advance to understand the possible tax liability.
2.Order cancellation and processing process
Cancellations must be requested by email and are only valid until handed over to the carrier; Once the order has entered the logistics process, it can no longer be canceled, and post-processing must be negotiated by both parties. In the event of a dispute due to cancellation after the shipment has been shipped, the customer is responsible for working with the carrier to complete the return or receipt process.
3.Dealing with product quality issues
If the customer finds a suspected defective product within 30 days of signing, they must take the initiative and contact the technical support team. We confirm the nature of the problem through professional testing and initiate returns, replacements or repairs based on the results. All treatment plans are based on the authenticity of the test report, and if the problem is caused by improper operation or damage caused by the customer, the repair cost can be covered by yourself.
4.The standard content of the warranty services
The product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery and covers performance failures, functional failures or serious defects that occur during normal use. Customers need to submit a detailed description of the problem by email, and after being checked and confirmed to meet the warranty conditions, they can get solutions such as repair, replacement of parts, full replacement of the machine, or refund. The warranty is excluded for damage caused by improper operation, cosmetic defects that do not impair functionality (e.g. scratches, dents, discoloration) and failures that exceed the one-year period.
5.Lifetime commitment to technical support
Even beyond the standard warranty period, we provide lifelong technical support. For product problems that are not covered by the warranty, the feasibility of a repair will be assessed according to the actual situation, and the material or service costs that may be incurred will be communicated in advance. The customer can choose whether or not to accept the paid maintenance plan to ensure that the issue is resolved on the premise that the right to information is fully guaranteed.
