Repair Service Options
In most cases, repairs are not required for standard components. If a verified defect occurs within the warranty period, we will arrange a replacement or re-shipment directly to minimize your downtime.
Step 1: Problem Identification

Customer reports an issue with product functionality, damage, or delivery through our service form or email, including order number and clear description.

Step 2: Engineer Review & Confirmation

Our technical support team analyzes the issue (photos/videos may be requested) and confirms warranty eligibility within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: Replacement Dispatch

If approved, a replacement unit is shipped immediately to minimize downtime. Logistics method and lead time are confirmed with the customer.

Step 4: Return to Designated Warehouse

The original item (if needed) is returned to a local or designated return center for further inspection, repair, or proper disposal. We provide return instructions and RMA code.

Step 5: Record & Resolution Closure

The case is logged into our service system for traceability. Inspection results and resolution records are documented for continuous quality control.

For warranty-related issues:
A replacement unit will be dispatched first (when confirmed by our technical team)
The original product may be returned to a designated regional warehouse for inspection, repair, or safe disposal
No return to China is required unless otherwise agreed

We are actively building a network of local service engineers worldwide. In the near future, we aim to provide on-site repair and diagnosis in selected regions through trusted service partners.
