Customer reports an issue with product functionality, damage, or delivery through our service form or email, including order number and clear description.
Step 2: Engineer Review & ConfirmationOur technical support team analyzes the issue (photos/videos may be requested) and confirms warranty eligibility within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: Replacement DispatchIf approved, a replacement unit is shipped immediately to minimize downtime. Logistics method and lead time are confirmed with the customer.
Step 4: Return to Designated WarehouseThe original item (if needed) is returned to a local or designated return center for further inspection, repair, or proper disposal. We provide return instructions and RMA code.
Step 5: Record & Resolution ClosureThe case is logged into our service system for traceability. Inspection results and resolution records are documented for continuous quality control.
