This is the latest DSY series DC servo system, featuring a 48VDC 100W servo motor equipped with a 24V 6.0W brake and a 24-70VDC 200W servo driver. The motor boasts a rated torque of 0.318Nm, a peak torque of 0.954Nm, and a rated speed of 3000rpm.
This system is enhanced with a standard 17-bit single-turn magnetic incremental encoder and utilizes a high power density design, enabling it to deliver robust performance in a compact form factor, with the capability to achieve up to 3 times instantaneous overload. The innovative magnetic circuit design significantly reduces torque ripple, ensuring minimal vibration during operation and delivering smoother torque output.
